Can anyone tell me the time duration BI Content Add Ons take to install in SAP BI for first time completely?

it's depends on system resources.
approximately it's take 4-5 hour.

You can perform a test import here to analyze the time and also to check for errors and perfomr correction before the actual import.
Alfter you define the queue, Goto Extra -> Settings -> Import Queue -> Test and continue with import.
Do not forget to change the settings next time to standard (default) when you start the actual import.
