Change History Capture for Previously Created Ticket ??

Hi All,

we have a requirement :

We need to capture the change log of all previously (Already ) Created Ticket ?

How to do that?

Please share your views.

    Dear Mohammad,

    Any changes made in a particulat Transaction document (for e.g. Ticket) or any Master data can be seen within Changes facet of that document.There is place for capturing the change log of all previously (Already ) Created Ticket .

    ***Please See:You only have option to see details of "Layout Changes History" / "Deleted Data" under Administrator work center->General Settings .

    Thanks for positive response.

    This changes facet is only capturing records related to master data.( standard field not all field)

    what about transaction data?

    Eg : if a lot of custom BO is present in back-end and we want to capture the changes history of custom BO record with standard Field Combination of (Custom BO and Standard). All the fields like Initial review date is not captured in "Changes Facet".

    How to proceed for that any idea?
