The codepage 1401 has not been released.

Error message in Support message:

If the login language is Hungarian and I try to send a Support message I get an error message "The codepage 1401 has not been released. "

What do I have to do to eliminate this message?

Hello János,

you get this error, when you are trying to change code page of sapsystem.

I had the same error when I was changing the code page!

Check this:

In se38 start report: RSCPINST

define language you need

in right table (code page), mark new code page and then choose

Activate

Stop SAP

Activate profile parameters:

install/codepage/appl_server = 1401 (code page for Latin-2)

zcsa/installed_languages = DEH

zcsa/system_language = E

Start SAP

Install language you want in SMLT.
