Hello,
In REM , we have firmed and unfirmed planed orders which are
actually having start date of order in previous month. These are order not fulfilled in the last month.
Now , is it possible for thses orders to change there order start date to today's date ?
Or
if I excecute REM planning table. Then these old plan orders should appear at todays's date or current month's date.
Regards,
Ravindra
Hi,
U can reschedule the planned Order to required date , using capacity leveling at Planning table. Select the last month planned order and despatch to current date. (MF50
or Use "Move qty along with time axis "ption. Select the planned order and select the Period to which it should rescheduled (MF50)

Hello Taj and Pradip,
Thanks for your answer.
Pradip -
How to work as suggested in your suggestion one?
I think for both the suggestions , one have to work for each material no. This may be not be feasible if a planner will be working with more than five hundred materials.
What I found , overdue planed orders can not be moved along the time axis.
Is my finding correct ?
Please advise.
Regards,
Ravindra
Hi,
I agree with you, it is not easy to reschedule if u have more Number of Materials.
I did not find any difficulties to Move the single Overdue planned to Current date. But here also u cannot select multiple materials.
I think MRP run within the Rescheduling Horizon also will not work
Let us wait for more reply, Gurps Please suggest .

Hi Ravindra,
Whether to allow the start date in past or not...this depends on the customization settings in planned orders profile. According to this settings systems sets the planned order start date and populate the exception messages in the MRP list.
Automatic changing to this start date is not possible as the system checks the customizing settings. You need to change the settings "past date is not allowed" in customizing OR
Change the start date manually to perform the forward scheduling.

Tajuddin
