Assigning Repository Service to subfolders

Hi,

Out KM Content path is like root\MyRootDir\SubDir\SubSubDir.

I have created the Repository Manager (MyRM) for MyRootDir. I have implemented one repository service and I have assigned this repository service to this Repository Manager (MyRM).

Now I am getting notification for all activities (create, update...) under MyRootDir folder.

But I want to get notifications for only SubDir folder onwards.

Please let me know if we have any chance to configure this.
