Hi Gurus,
May I know the which are the tasks(configuration) are done in BASE LINE CONFIGURATION and in FINAL CONFIGURATION in ASAP methodology.
Points Rewarded,
Regards,
SAILAJA.
Hi
Base line configuration : It is configuration of the standard SAP as per the Blue print prepared during BBP stage.
Final configuration : It takes care of different activities like..
1. Report requirements (preparing the customised reports)
2. Enhancement requirements(use of Userexits etc.,)
3. Authorisation requirements etc.,
Thanks,
Ravi

Hi
The ASAP methodology consists of 5 steps.
1. project preparation.
2. Business Blue print.
3. Realization.
4. Final Preparation.
5. Golive and support.
Now come to the Realization Phage.
It again consists of two phages.
1.Base line configuration.
2. Final Configuration.
Baseline Configuration:
It is like configuration Phage. I.e with reference tp BPML ( Business process Master List ). It is the configuration of the Organisational Units.
Final Configuration.
It is the Important phage. What ever the new requirements that are needed by the client or any new enhancements may developed in this phage.
Here we use user exits.( i.e filling of GAPS).The gaps are found in the TO-BE processes.
