Table Name to see changes made in Cost center master

Hi,

We have done mass changes in the Cost center. Currently SAP provide for the T-code KS05 which can be run for single cost center to get teh details of change done in the master records.

Pls guide me, if SAP provide for any standard report which can give details of changes done in the cost center. I am looking for the report or table which can give me the download of all cost center.
