Structural Authorization: An Alternative to better performance than Reindex

Dear all, my company has a huge Organisation Structure and since authorizations are segregated into different areas of the org chart, we have implemented Structural authorization.

Due to performance issues, we also introduced the standard SAP concept of indexing Users into the table T77UU in order to improve system performance.

One issue that we have now is that when we run the reindex program (RHBAUS00), it takes like 30mins for each user before it completes. For example, when i have a new sub-unit, the program has to run for all the objects relevant to the User before this sub-unit can be accessed by him. A user in my company can have up to hundreds of thousands of objects.

My question is that, is there a more efficient way to update the new access instead of having to always wait 30mins running the reindexing program ?

Appreciate your time in reading this.
