Getting error in 'My Inbox' app- Tasks does not get listed in Task Definition Collection set

Hi all,

I'm working on the Firoi app 'My Inbox'.Here I'm trying to show the requests from Approve PO and Approve PR apps inside 'My Inbox'. Task Count gets displayed in the tile ,but when I try to open the app it says, "Resource not found for Segments 'Task Supports' ".

I'm attaching the tile and error screenshot below.

When I open the app, i get 'Resource not found for segments 'Task supports' error.

I have done the configuration for System alias and Scenario definition but when I call the service, tasks are not getting listed in 'TaskDefinitioncollection' set and 'Task Collection' set is empty.

Where am I going wrong? Can someone please help me with this?
