Status

Hi

I have created new Status Profile , i am not able to see my status profile in Transactions.

is there any extra setting we have to maintain for status profile to appear in transactions

    Hi,

    please assign the "status profile" to your Transaction type in which you would like to use.

    Path --> SPRO > CRM> Transaction > basic settings> define transaction type

    • Hi Ram,

      While creating a status profile, you need to assign it to Object Types, this button is located in details of the status profile on the top. Here once you select the Object Type CRM Order Header by ticking and saving it, the profile will be visible for you to assign in your transaction.
