We are trying to load master data from a custom data source to infoobject-Texts. We run the DTP everyday. It goes through most of the times but fails on random days with short dump DBSQL_SQL_ERROR.

More information from short dump :

1) The current transaction has been rolled back because of a deadlock or timeout. Reason code "2". SQLSTATE=40001 row=1"

2) Database error text: "SQL message: SQL0911N.

3) Deadlock issue while accessing the table

Hi Aswin,

During data load time, there is some other load which is loading or accessing data from same table(master data tables which are related to your info object).

please check the other loads which are ran at the same time and find the one which is causing issue to your load.

based on needs, please change your data loads schedule time as per the business to prevent deadlock issue in the future.

Hello Raman,

Thank you for your response.

We have checked if any parallel loads or ACR jobs running at the same time on that particular infoobject. But, we couldn't find any.

We get an error message : Dump: Internal session terminated with a runtime error DBSQL_SQL_ERROR (see ST22) Data Package 00000X. (Each time the failure is for different data package)

Hi Aswin,

During your info object load time, there is no other loads are triggered?

have you checked transaction data loads which have look up or routines on your info object as well?

lets try do RSRV test on your master data tables and see, whether is there any issue or not at table level.
