Step back in appraisal process... Is it possible? ERROR HRHAP00_TEMPLATE376

Hi everyone,

lets say that I have following statuses in my appraisal template:

• In Preparation
• In Panning
• In Review
• In Process
• Completed
• Closed Approved

I created new button via OOHAP_BASIC. I want to use that button to make a step back from "In Process" to the "In Preparation" status.

When I am trying to save the appraisal template, I will get following error message:

Status change from "In Process" to "In Preparation" is not permitted.

And with a list of the possible statuses and subsequent statuses. Just like HERE

Is it possible to enable this status change?

Hi Jozef Strachan,

In shared help document(HERE) is clearly mentioned that the status of Inprocess -> In preparation can be done only if objective setting agreement has been specified.

Kindly maintain the values in 5022 info type(HRT5022) for objective(HRT5022-COLUMN_ID = OBJ1).
