In a retail Process some clients follow a procedure to give extra services to their customers. On the basis of the purchase amount certain points are collected.

For exmple: For purchase of amount over 10000 the customer gets 1point for ech Rs1000 purchase. So if the the purchase amount is 14000 the customer accumulates 4 points.

These points get collected each time a purchase is made. So if on a second occasion the same customer makes a purchase of 5000. he/she gets 5 points. now the total point of the customer is 4+5=9

Now at any point the customer can take a cash discount after accumulation of 20 points. then each point is considered equivalent to 1 rupee.

So the customer can take a discount of Rs 20 in the next purchase.

Is this whole process possible in SAP Business one in any possible way in the vanilla model.

Is there any add-on available for catering to such needs.
