load failed

Hi all,i have a issue,actually r process chai ,1 load has been failed we are loading master data from flat file ,we got this errors,

in Message** we got error message like

Error message from the source system

Diagnosis

An error occurred in the source system.

System Response

Caller 09 contains an error message.

Further analysis:

The error occurred in Extractor .

Refer to the error message.

in Individual message the error message like

Error while accessing the application server file

Errrors in source system

plza anybody reply me

    There could be few reasons for this:

    1. The file name is wrong. Check the file name. Open your infopackage and go to Extraction Tab. There you can see the file name which file is being loaded.

    2. There is chance that the file which is being loaded is not present at the Application server. To check the availability of the file . Use the Tcode AL11. If the file is not there, wait for the file to come and then start the laod.

    Check the name and path of the file.
