Hello, We converted a Multi provider with Infocubes underneath. One mapping included an assignment to a navigation attribute of one of the underlying cubes. The TRANSFER tool for BW/4HANA generated a Composite provider plus underlying ADSOs. One of these ADSOs includes a navigational attribute and which is mapped to the output structure of the composite provider. Please have a look at the attached screenshot. My questions now is, how can I create or modify such an navigation attribute on ADSO level, assuming that this is not foreseen according to the documentation.

Best regards, Philipp

Hi Philipp,

if you have answer already please share, else I could see one Knowledge base SAP Note which describes this design consideration,

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002215947

Cause

aDSO and HCPR are new infoproviders that can only be modeled in BW Modeling Tool (a perspective in HANA Studio), the user interface is different from traditional RSA1. You mignt have some difficulty to find some settings.

It is not possible to set navigation attributes in an aDSO. It is only possible to set navigation attributes in the output of an HCPR.
