Configuration of the Import Manager in order to use the Import Server

Hi all,

Firstly thanks a lot for all. The question is: I need to set all the properties neccesary to use the Import Server, so would be very positive to know how to set all the default import action in the import manager. when I try to make that all default import action under the Records Option in the main menu are disable.

Can someone help me with that?.

1. Have you chosen the source and destination table in top left drop downs?

2. Has the mapping been done? (Check Value mapping as well)

3. Have you specified matching fields?

All that you have told is configured, instead of this configuration, the default import action: none/none;single/exact is disable in the "Records" main menu. Do you know what happen?

If Value Matching is not done then it will be disabled!

So, my point was have you completed the three activities (most importantly - matching field - if you have added a matching field, the default import action becomes enabled)...

You can set and import action in the matching field tab but I need to set default import action in all the cases clicking on the main menu about Records-> .....all import action that can be set. This options are disable but I don´t know why.
