Hi,

You can create one or more addresses for each business partner. If you enter only one address for a business partner, this is designated as the standard address and used for all activities. If you create multiple addresses, you can define when they should be used (as the delivery address or billing address, for example). The addresses are time-dependent.

You have the following options:

- Create one or several addresses for a business partner, depending on your requirements, and assign them the relevant address types. Automatic address determination identifies which address is relevant for a particular business activity based on the address type.

- Change the standard address whenever required.

- Enter a change of address. The system automatically restricts the validity of the current address to one day before the new address becomes valid. When a process accesses the old address, the system determines the new address data based on the address number of the old address.

You define the activities and address types you need, and specify whether several addresses can be assigned to an address type in Customizing for Cross-Application Components, by choosing SAP Business Partner ->Business Partner->Basic Settings ->Address Determination.

For more information on the same, please go through the following link

Hi,

You can try doing this by Address Determination.

- Through customizing, you can ensure that the different addresses of a business partner are determined correctly by the system for the different partner functions in a business process (for example, send invoice to bill-to address)

- In the Business Partner master, you enter the different addresses of the business partner. One address is marked as the standard address

- You can assign the addresses to different address types (address usages), which you predefined in the Customizing.

- Several addresses can be assigned to the same address type, but only one is marked as the standard address.

Go to the following path in IMG to perform this:

IMG->Cross-Application components->SAP Business Partners->Business Partner->Basic Settings->Address Determination

Here do the following:

- First define the transactions

- Next define the address types

- Assign Transaction to Address Type

After doing this, go to the following IMG Path:

IMG->Customer Relationship Management->Basic Functions->Partner Processesing->Define Partner Determination Procedure.

-Here select your Procedure

- Go to dialog structure Partner Functions in Procedure , in the field Address for Trans., give the same defined in the previous step.

I hope this might resolve your issue.

now inside the PDP just specify the adress in the partner function customising
