Internal error -1101

Hi all, I have a problem when I want to upgrade one of my clients PC of SAP B1 from PL 10 to PL 45.

Though, its only occur in one PC who use Vista as the OS. It works perfectly on other computer. When B1 ask if I want to upgrade B1 version, and I click OK button, suddenly B1 generating error message "Internal error (-1101)".

Could anybody help me with this problem? I really need solution for this problem immediately, so, I will highly appreciate anyone who could help me solve this problem. Thanks.
