I know how to create Partner Profiles Using WE 20.But My question is How many Types of Partner Profiles available. Can anyone tel .

hi,

we can generate partner profiles of ttype:

1)customer

2)bank

3)logical system...etc

you can check it in t.code we20 ,there search for help in filed

partner type:----- you willl get list of partner types to be created

Hi Rajsekhar,

Partner profiles are a prerequisite for data exchange. This involves defining who can exchange messages with the SAP system and using which port.

There will not be any different kind of partner profiles but different kind of Partner types will exist.

Partner type and partner number clearly identify the partner in the master data.

The partner type controls the type of master records in Customizing in which a partner can be created.

In Sales and Distribution the partner types are as follows:

Customer (debtor)

Vendor (creditor)

Employee (personnel)

Contact person
