Day Assignment for time event of the previous day

Hey,

Please i need some help about this problem.

I am customizing Personal Time Event, and we are working with P01.

We found a problem when a person has a night work schedules that begin in one day and end on the next day.

For example:

An employee starts to work at 08:00PM 19/05/2008 and gets off at 05:00AM 20/05/2008.

When we process the program RPTEUP10 and run PT60 it fills the "Day assignment" in IT2011 with an error like this:

19.05.2008 20:00:01 P01 Clock-in/-out =

20.05.2008 05:00:31 P01 Clock-in/-out =

Because the correct should be < on time event from 20.05.2008.

Can somebody help me please?

Somebody already had this kind of problem?

hai,

we have to check previous day indicator while creating night shifts.

Thanks for you answer, but, what you are telling me is to customize the previous day indicator on Break Schedules?

If it is I have already done, but no success.

Hi Chiran,

If the day is coming from time recording terminals to SAP R/3 to be uploaded, how will the day assignment get assigned to the record in IT2011?

Please advise.

Hi Fernando,

I would like to understand how you got your issue resolved. If the time stamps p10 and p20 are coming from time recording terminals to SAP R/3, they are not getting day assignment assigned when the report RPTEUP10 is run.

Please advise how you got this issue resolved.

Dear Fernando,

You should work on table V_T705B, status A07 (Assigning a Time Event to the Current or Previous Day).
