Hi there,

We have an actual client scenario where we need the planned orders to be scheduled like follows:

A) Material A has 2 different routing with a couple of operations both and different work centers:

Routing A) Routing B)

Operation 0010 -> Mixer 1 Operation 0010 -> Mixer 2

Operation 0020 -> Bagger Operation 0020 -> Bagger

Our minimum batch quantity is 25 TO.

B) Lets we planned to produce 50 TO (MD61).

C) After running the MRP, we have 2 planned orders of 25 To and using quota management each one is assigned to each production version ( V001 using routing A and V002 using routing B). But they both starts at the same planned date.

Now the scenario is that we need the first operation of the second planned order to always start 1,5H after the first operation of the previous planned order .... and so on, if there is a third planned order, its first operation has to start 1,5H after the first operation of the second planned order.

Ex.

Planned Order 1: Starts at 06:00 and ends at 09:00

Planned Order 2: Has to start at 07:30 and ends at 10H30.

Is this scenario possible? And how can I get to it?

Regards

Hello Ismael

Production and planned orders are always scheduled individually, which means that you cannot make the scheduling of the first order dependent on the second one.

Caetano
