Collaboration Attachment

Hi All

I have some peculiar problem. When i created a task subprocess using adhoc request and add some attchement then it is uploading perfectly but on other side assignees are not getting attachemnts

in detail

when A creates a Task Subprocess for task through AdHoc request and when tries to add some docuemnts as attachments it is uploading properly on other side if consider B as an assignee he is not getting any attachements

But same process done with user C who has admins previlages attachements are displayin on assignees side

Do we need any spl authorizations for user sin order to get attachemnets displayed ???

do we need to configure any where
