PI 7.5 Single Stack SOAP: call failed: BubbleException: HTTP Response Received. Status Code = 500

Dear All,

I am working on one scenario(SAP ECC to client PI and client PI to Bank ) IDOC_AAE to SOAP interface scenario.

The payment IDOCS are trigger from the ECC system its reaching to client PI.In client PI system we are facing the issue with the SOAP receiver channel BubbleException: HTTP Response Received. Status Code = 500 [null "null"]
We are not able to send the payments to bank. We checked telnet is working fine, the Target URL is opening in browser level and user id ,password is correct but we are facing SOAP receiver channel issue below issue.

Error Error during parsing the received XMB message.

Error MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: HTTP Response Received. Status Code = 500 [null "null"]

Error Transmitting the message to endpoint <local> using connection AFW failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: HTTP Response Received. Status Code = 500 [null "null"]

Error SOAP: Call failed: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: HTTP Response Received. Status Code = 500 [null "null"]

Error SOAP: Error occurred: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: HTTP Response Received. Status Code = 500 [null "null"]

Please find the sender, receiver channel and message log screen shots. Kindly help me to get resolved the same.

Hello Ashok,

Adding to Manoj's response, use only XI3.0 message protocol only when connecting with proxies(ABAP/JAVA).

Hope your issue will get resolve once you change message protocol.

If not try by pinging the receiver communication channel and check the logs from NWA-->log viewer at same time. Please share screen shot of the same

Why are you using XI 3.0 as message protocol ? Switch it to SOAP 1.1.
