Hi Gurus
We've switched from Non-ERMS to ERMS Email.
With this change the Responsible Group is no longer visible in the Agent Inbox, when I check the workflow I see that the container for ResponsibleNo is not populated.
Previously with Non-ERMS this was populated.
I've looked at trying to apply an action to a rule but their doesn't appear to be an easy option.
I've also looked at workflow.
Have I missed something.
