Query about inbound delivery idoc

I have a requirement where i have to send the idoc for inbound delivery to an external system, problem is we are to prioritize our idoc builds using change pointers(I have no prior experience in idocs).

However, this is not the case with inbound delivery as I can't find WHSORD in BD50(as per forums, this is where i was supposed to activate the change pointer flag and should have been in there since its a standard message type).

I'm starting to think about sneaking it in a save event user exit with FM Master_idoc_distribute, but would like to ask for a second opinion.
