Error in downloading OSS note 1855902 - ME2* reports

Hello, I have tried to download the SAP OSS 1855902 - "To be delivered" / "To be invoiced" incorrect in ME2* reports note but the systema shows a an error: SAP Note 0001855902 incomplete

We have the error in ME2N of fields "to be delivered" / "To be invoiced". The do not show the correct information and as far as I understand this note is the correction of that, how can I implement it? is there any other note?

This is a consulting note, it has to implemented in the brain of the consultant. Unfortunately this is not possible via transaction SNOTE
