What transactions give me a profit and loss by cost center

S_ALR_87013611 - Cost Centers: Actual/Plan/Variance

Hi Maritza,

Actually the cost center ment for capturing the costs only.

If you want to post the REvenue also, you have to remove the lock indicators in the Cost center master data in Control tab button...

Then system understood all the cost posting with Dr i,e with positive sign and all revenue posting with Cr l.e with negetive sign..

Then you can use any cost center report to see the result....if the cost are more than revenue system shows the balance as positive i.e we have to understood as loss in your case

If the balance is with - sign i.e we have to understood as profit.
