Please can any one tell me what exactly the link between workforce management and customer realtioship management in sap?

Whre exactly these two modules are integrated?

WFM is an addon solution and can be used in 2 scenatios

1. Service order Integration

Hi,

for instance you can use the ressource planning tool within CRM Service application to assign service order items to service technicians. Also you might assign absences and attendances to these technicians.

Both functionalities are based on an interface to WFM.
