link between workforce management and customer realtioship management

Hi to all Guru's,

Please can any one tell me what exactly the link between workforce management and customer realtioship management in sap?

WorkForce Management(WFM/WFD) is an add-on that needs to be installed. This is used within CRM for 2 scenarios. 1. Service order integration (auto scheduling) or 2. CProject integration.

WFM can be used for either of the scenarios but not both together.
