How to hide Rectangle of a field during print

I want rectangle to be displayed on and fields border during print preview time but not at print time on a field.

Hi Arun,

I faced same issue, solution is as below:

1. Select rectangle which you want to hide during print.

2. Go to layout tab of rectangle.

3. Set Presence as Visible Screen only.

This will make Rectangle invisible on print.

Challenging but possible,

Have one Rectange with your field,

Set presence on Rectangle as Visible (Screen Only),

I also did the same but it is still printing. I have Adobe PDF as a printer . So giving print command from SAP, it is saving document with logo and footer ( which should not be printed but should be displayed in print preview) and when i am giving print command from the Acrobat Reader , it is printing the entire document as it isaved so. Not sure what settings i need to check or change.

Would you please guide me ow to acheive this, might be it is something to do with printer settings.
