Hi folks!
Currently 90% of BI Web Reporting load is still ABAP, but we plan to
migrate to BI Java and therefore have a look at our HW ressources (RAM
+ CPU).
In note 927530 the main calculation basis is the volume of navigation
steps per hour. What is meant here exactly? The total number of all
HTTP requests or only the BI navigation steps? If I have a look at
transaction ST03 -> BI System Load -> Time Profile with Interval 1h, do
I then have the correct value for navigation steps per hour?
Background is: There is a significant difference between HTTP Requests
per hour (appr. 30.000) and BI navigation steps per hour (max. 3.000).
Thus the calculations come to quite different results concerning additional
Hadrware Ressources.
Thanx in advance for any assistance.
Regards,
Volker
... anybody else with any hints?
Regards,
Volker
