to switch disaggregation on/off would require to regenerate the BW query, so this is not possible. To change the disaggregation mode (reference or equal disaggregation) at least would be possible without query generation, but AO does not expose this via VBA. This is a feature request e.g. to expose this functionality just as a standard AO feature e.g. in 'measures settings' (corresponding to the structure element settings in the query designer).
