SAPup broke during phase RUN_RESCUED_OBJECTS_CHECK_VERIFY in module MAIN_POSTCLEAN / Final cleanup

Hello all.

I`m just testing upgrade from NW73 AS ABAP to NW74 with SUM 1SP21(PL6), everything went smoothly until the MAIN_POSTCLEAN/RUN_RESCUED_OBJECTS_CHECK_VERIFY phase.

It fails with an error:

I cannot figure the reason and what to do by myself, in SAP resources i also could not fing any usefull information, so i need your assistance...
