Missing data packages for PSA Table (BI 7.0 2004s)

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use an InfoPackage to extract data from the source system into the PSA.

When comparing the data in the source system (Extractor Checker) & in the PSA (request is still yellow) the data is the same and so seems to arrive in the BW.

However the request stays yellow with the following error message:

Missing data packages for PSA Table

Diagnosis
Data packets are missing from PSA Table . BI processing does not return any errors. The

data transport from the source system to BI was probably incorrect.

Procedure
Check the tRFC overview in the source system.
You access this log using the wizard or following the menu path "Environment ->

Transact. RFC -> Source System".

Error handling:
If the tRFC is incorrect, resolve the errors listed there.
Check that the source system is connected properly to BI. In particular, check the remote user authorizations in BI.

The Tab Details shows the following infos as yellow:

- Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Missing messages or warnings
--> Info IDoc 1: sent, not arrived ;Data passed to port OK

However the "Transact. RFC" button don't show any errors. The same problem had been described [here|/thread/113119 [original link is broken]; and the solution proposed was "just don't load it into PSA" but as i'm working with a BW 7.0 InfoSource i need to pass the data to the PSA ๐Ÿ˜‰

Any ideas what could be the problem and how to solve it?

Thanks a lot in advance & best regards,

Daniel
