Hi all,
We are experiencing an issue when importing offline KM content. We are using this option since it seems that online communication between the source and target portal is not available. The following steps are taken:
1. Create a Global offer from KM.
2. Export the Complete Package and download the file to our local hard drive. The .zip file is properly generated and shows content when stored in the laptop.
3. Chose the "Package upload" option in Content Management>Content Exchange tab in the target EP
4. Select the downloaded file to be impoted. The upload shows no error and a success message is displayed.
5. When navigating through KM we find that the imported packages are empty and have 0KB size.
We are using EP 6.0 SP14 for the source system. We have tried for the target system versions both EP 6.0 SP14 and EP7.0 SP14, but the import worked in neither of them.
It would be great if anyone could suggest something about this issue. I would kindly reward with points.
