in Allow Client-Side Caching : select No... so that it will stop collecting / caching .

default is 1 hour .

Hi,

Go to Content Administration->Iview-> right Click on Iview->open Object.

The Iview will load in the Property Editor. then select the Load Property. there all the caching property is mentioned.

set cache level to None.

set time to -1.

HTH

hey dear,

i faced the same problem ,

i was using McAfee anti-virus in that "on access scan was enabled."

i disabled it and my portal speed increased like any thing.

so i suggest that u just verify , if your anti-virus is stopping or delaying the portal to work.

Hi,

Check if there is any 'caching time' set for that iView in its properties.
