Is there is any method to create Fiori application for Incident or Near Miss Creation in SAP EHSM ?

Hi Everybody,

The User 's Requirement is to add some few fields pertaining to Incident or Near Miss in Fiori screen and once user saves it , it should automatically generate Event ID and save the details in the Standard Table EHHSSD_INC_ROOT and EHHSSD_INC_BINFA Table.Is there is any standard function Module or BAPI for Incident Creation in SAP EHSM ?
