disptacher not up

Dear all

I have add 10 parameter (quality server ) in a instance profile accourding to the development server becase hardwere size are the same of the development server and quality serevr ,due to this reasion sap server not startup ,

please give a suggestion ,sap is not start due to which parameter .how we can rectify .
