Cannot change measurement in MM02

Hi all,

I need to change UoM of existing material in MM02. But there's 'Display Error' showing that:

1. Stocks already exist at plant level

-->I've check the stocks, and already reversed and no stock left in the plant.

2. Routings already exist that are assigned to the materia

Type Group GrC Plnt

Q 1301 1 WXYZ

-->for this I've check with the QM consultant. Already deleted the routings, inspection plan for the material.

But still the UoM cannot be change. Can anybody assist me?Reward points will be given.
