Crystal Report Closing When clicked on page setup

Dear Experts,

I am trying to change the page setup from portrait to landscape in crystal report but the report is getting closed displaying a message that the Cr report stoped working.

Need your help in solving the issue.

Hi Karthik,

Upgrade to the latest version of CR.

If that doesn't help, remove one printer driver at a time until you can open the Page Setup window.

Re-insall the printer drivers later.
