Hello experts! I have a problem with the portal --> ESS --> payslip. A user receives the message "User XYZ does not exist in this period". The problem only occurs with him. I have already looked into infotype (0105) subtype (0001) and everything seems to be fine there. Any suggestions for solution?
Did you check that the IT0105 record hasn't been date delimited?
Does the SU01 user account have a validity end date in the past?
