Not able to create delivery for STO

Hi

I created an STO (me21n) amd getting the shipping tab good.

Now to create a delivery (VL10B), it does show my STO there but when I select it and do "background" nothing happens. The log button doesnt show up, the delivery does not get created, nor does it show any error. Nothing at all.

Also, while creating the STO I got a warning "0 gals are available on the desired date". No matter what date I give, even though I have enough stock in my plant/sloc.

What do I do? Please help
