Help Needed with a percentage calculation

Hi SDNer's,

We are facing a problem for being able to generate % values. We are able to populate the values for New hires Key figure New hires but we are unable to get the percentages. The percentage requirement is as shown below

Race Code New hires Mkting

Asian

-Sr Manager 10 66.66%

-Manager

White

-Sr Manager 15

Manager

For example if total 15 Senior Managers were hired in Marketing (10 Asian and 5 white and including all races ) We would like to calcuate the percentage of Senior Managers which are Asians. so out of 15 Sr Managers 10 Seniros Managers are Asians so their percentage would be 66.66 % I

Additional Info- We have a structure for Job levels in the rows. And we have been using cell referencing on this query. Previosly we had Hierarchy on Race code which has been changed to a characteristic now.

Any ideas and insights are appreciated. I would be glad if you could suggest any standards way to do it or you could also suggest your solution.
