MRP & STO

I have a question regarding MRP based STO. Following settings have been already done.

First do the settings for stock transfer order in

SPRO-MM-Purchasing-Purchase order-setup stock transfer order

Then create the special procurement key

Material Management> Consumption Based Planning > Master Data >Define Special Procurement Types

and then assign to your material master record for receiving plant in MRP2 view.

But i dont want to create the requistion from planned ordeer in md04. I just want to create the STO PO directly. How to achieve this. IS it possible in standard SAP?
