in ME21N/ME22N /ME23N Print Preview is not active.

hi all

we want to see print preview of PO from ME22N ,

in development when we go in

Go to -

> Print Preview then it is active and goto preview screen.

but when we check in Production that button is NOT ACTIVE , how to activate this ,

do there r any configurations settings OR any Technical change we have to do .

tell me as soon as possible .
