Hybris marketing data refresh prd -> qas

Hi,

is it possible in hybris marketing to refresh the qas environment with data from prd?

(onpremise).

If yes, what data can be refreshed? Customer-interaction-product data, or also the mail templates and campaign flows?

Hi Joyca,

well, there is no Hybris Marketing specific functionality to support this. OnPrem (ie. CRM/ ERP) customers achieve this typically by a backcopy of the application data (ie LINK).

Thanks, but what is "application data" in hybris marketing context? If we do such a refresh like they do on ERP/CRM, will then only my customer-interaction-product data be updated, or are campaign content and campaign flows also a part of that?

Hi Joyca,

as per my knowledge when you doing it refresh on it.Customer-interaction-product data,mail templates and campaign flows it will be refresh.
