data transfer

hi folks,

can anybody explain me how to transfer data from a webdynpro screen to a user defined table? I have a screen and a ztable.the field valuse from the screen has to be saved into the ztable via a BAPI.the data in the wedynpro screen is coming from Ztable and the data is modified and then its saved into the same Ztable.can anybody help with code snippet please..
