How it works when I have Tolerance 100% or 0%? Is 0% different from the blank field?
Exemple Cycle plan 1M, start plan 22/01/2018, completion 10 days earlyer (12/01/2018).
1° question:
Shif Factor Late: 100%
Tolerance +: 0%
Shif Factor Early: 100%
Tolerance -: 0%
Next planned date will be 12/01/2018 + 30 days right (11/02/2018)?
2° question:
Shif Factor Late: 0%
Tolerance +: 0%
Shif Factor Early: 0%
Tolerance -: 0%
What will happen?
3° question:
Shif Factor Late: 100%
Tolerance +: 100%
Shif Factor Early: 100%
Tolerance -: 100%
What will happen?
Hi Carlos,
Best advice, replicate a similar scenario in your system to understand this concept better.
0 and Blank with represent the same.
1. If the Order is completed Early by 10 Days, then the next call be 30 days from the date it was completed.
2. No change in the next call date. System will call based on the initial schedule
3. Since the Tolerance is 100 %, it will behave same as Option 2.
Regards
Terence
