MM Configuration

All SAP Gurus,

I'm quite new to MM, so I do not know many things including comfiguration.

So I want to ask you all that "How to learn the configuration in SAP MM?"

Are there any books available?

From SAP Library (Help 4.7, Help 6.0, etc) it is very difficult to understand.

Please help.
