CRM BPS layout giving error

Hello Experts,

I get below error when writing data to BPS from CRM Campaign creation screen i.e. while hitting save in campaign creation screen. Please note that the BPS layout is properly getting called.

RFC error: The environment has changed; the layout can no longer be executed.

Planning Services Error

Data not saved; see log

All the CRM field to info object mapping has been proper.

Hello Raman,

The RFC seems not to be the issue here, since the layout is getting locked in BW-BPS on Distribute action in CRM and layout is also getting called from BPS.

There has to be some other issue. Somehow not able to identify.

Hi,

please check the connection/RFC between to your source(CRM) and target system(BPS).

Due to change, RFC connections may not be active.

please take basis team help.
